Pelvic health problems are extremely common and very under-treated, largely because people do not want to raise them. Leaking when you cough, pain with intercourse, pressure or heaviness, or a core that has not recovered after birth are all treatable.
What we treat
- Urinary incontinence, including leaking with coughing, exercise or urgency
- Pelvic organ prolapse and pressure or heaviness
- Pelvic pain, including pain with intercourse
- Pregnancy-related pelvic girdle and low back pain
- Postpartum recovery, including abdominal separation
- Core and pelvic stability after birth or surgery
How the appointment works
A private room, a full explanation before anything happens, and your consent at every step. Internal assessment is often the most useful tool but it is always your choice, and there is plenty we can do without it.
Not just Kegels

A pelvic floor that is too tight causes as many problems as one that is too weak, and squeezing harder makes the tight version worse. That is why assessment comes first.
